  • What is a CFD?

CFD’s (contracts for difference) make it possible to participate in stock market or index fluctuations, without actually owning the underlying value. It’s possible to invest both in bear or bull markets, while investing only a small part of the total nominal value of the trade. Thanks to CFD’s you will have access to 22 markets with possible underlying values 15 indexes and 3.500 shares. Moreover, you will not have to pay any tax on stock market transactions. CFD’s can also be used to protect your existing portfolio at a minimum cost: instead of selling your shares when the value drops or in volatile markets, you can compensate for potential risks by selling the corresponding position in CFD’s.

  • What are Futures?

Futures are standardized contracts to buy or sell a certain quantity of a specified commodity at a certain date in the future, at a price determined beforehand. Futures can concern agricultural products (corn, wheat, meat), financial instruments (government bonds, treasury bonds, indexes, currencies), energy resources (oil, gas,...) or precious metals (gold, silver).

  • What is Forex?

Forex is the abbreviation for Foreign Exchange, which are the currency markets where you can speculate on the variation of one currency in relation to another (over 160 possible pairs), e.g. the Euro compared to the US Dollar (EUR/USD) or the British Pound and the Japanese Yen (GBP/JPY). Forex is the financial market with the highest liquidity in the world, with over 3.500 billion dollars worth of transactions a day.

These three products work with margins up to 1%. You will finally be able to trade financial products without owning the underlying value. Moreover, you can make a profit both in bull and bear markets, whether it is with CFD’s on shares or indexes, with currency pairs on Forex or with Futures on oil.
