The conditions to benefit from the refund up to € 1000:

  • The offer is only valid for following financial deeds: shares, bonds (apart from those with a US ISIN code or those issued in exotic currencies), options (only ‘long’ positions and as far as the transfer also includes a cash and equity portfolio of a minimum counter-value of € 5000), warrants and trackers.
  • The transferred deeds must be negotiable online and on the markets covered by Keytrade Bank. To know if your assets are negotiable via Internet, click on following link. Please note that the deeds transfer for deeds that are not negotiable on our platform will not be refund at Keytrade Bank.
  • The amount of the investment line transferred must be superior to € 500, £ 350, $ 500, CHF 750, CAD 750, DKK 3500 or SEK 4500.
  • Send us within the 6 months that follow the initiation of your deeds transfer the proof of the incurred costs with following document 'Proof transfer of deeds'. Enclosed to this document, send us also a copy of the statements of your account.

* The steps to follow in order to benefit from this offer

  • Initiate your deeds transfer from the institution actually depositary of your deeds.

    1. Keytrade Bank can do the necessary for you (with all acceptance reserve of your financial institution):
      -Fill in the document 'Mandate - Deeds transfer'.
      -Send us back this document by postal mail only and join a list of the securities you wish to transfer. (ex. A copy of your trading account)

      Pay attention: the mandate does not apply for securities held within a non-European financial institution. Fore these, you have to initiate the transfer yourself.

    2. You introduce yourself with your bank or broker your demand to start the transfer of securities:
      -Ask your financial institution to contact Keytrade Bank's back-office.
      -Send our back-office the list of the securities that you will transfer.

  • Then send us a proof of the incurred costs with following document Proof transfer of deeds and we will refund your deeds transfer up to € 1000 directly on your Keytrade Bank trading account.
