A EU regulated bank transfer in the euro zone is a payment with following characteristics:
*The transfer is done in one of the member states of the European Union
*The amount of the transfer is maximum 50,000.00
*The transfer order mentions the beneficiary's IBAN as well as the beneficiary's bank BIC code
*The name and address of the beneficiary are mentioned
*The fees are divided between the sender and the beneficiary.
If the conditions for the international transfer in the Euro zone are not fulfilled or if an item of the transfer is incorrect, the tariffs for international transfers out of the Euro zone will be applicable. |
