FAQ
- What is ADVICE?
- How can I access ADVICE?
On a legal point of view ADVICE falls under Asset Management legislation. Keytrade Bank respects thoroughly the frames of this legislation.
We give access to our clients having signed online the two following documents:- An Asset Management Contract
- A questionnaire related to your investment profile
First sign the Asset Management Contract. You will find it on our secured site Trading > ADVICE. Click on the link to the contract. Read the Asset Management Contract carefully, type in your confirmation code and click on the button ‘I accept.’
Afterwards you can fill in the investment profile questionnaire. The investment profile (conservative, neutral, dynamic or aggressive) received after having filled all the questions will be mentioned on the secured site. You then have to accept it and if you judge that another investment profile suits you best you can always choose that one.
As soon as you have signed those two documents online you have immediately access to ADVICE. The recommendations will also exclusively be delivered in that part of the secured site. You will have to go to that part of the site to read the recommendations given according to your equity portfolio. - How much does online ADVICE cost?
