After entering your logon (username) and access password on the secured website, a screen appears where you will be asked to link your Keytrade ID to your account. If you need to enter a serial number, this means that there is no Keytrade ID linked to your account. In this case, you must enter the serial number that can be found at the back side of your Keytrade ID. This number consists of 8 digits. Afterwards, you must indicate the unique code of your Keytrade ID. Click on activate.
If there is a serial number mentioned, this means that there is already a Keytrade ID linked to your account. In this case, you need to verify if the number on your screen corresponds to the number at the back side of your Keytrade ID. If the two numbers are identical, you can activate the Keytrade ID by introducing the code of the Keytrade ID.
If the serial numbers do not correspond, please join our Helpdesk at the number +32 (0)2/679 90 00 or via e-mail info@keytradebank.com. You can reach our Helpdesk each working day from 9 a.m. till 10 p.m. - How do I know if the activation of my Keytrade ID was successful?
